ContactWorld for Salesforce brings truly integrated telephony to Salesforce CRM and provides users a single source of information for all customer data to successfully integrate a support team and their CRM. The company supports thousands of call centre agents in over 40 countries across five continents and customers include Berry Bros & Rudd, Kingston University, Parcelforce Worldwide, SHL Group and Wokingham Council.

NewVoiceMedia was founded in 2000 and currently employs 180 people based in Basingstoke with offices in London, Paris, Brussels, New York, San Francisco and Sydney. The company’s CEO is Jonathan Gale (Messagelabs) and the board includes Guy Dubois (ex-CEO Cramer, ex-CEO MACH, Peoplesoft, DEC, Oracle) and Fergus Gloster (Salesforce).

Eden led NewVoiceMedia’s A round in 2009 alongside Notion Capital and has continued to follow its investment. The company has raised further capital from Highland Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners and announced a $50 million round led by Technology Crossover Ventures in June 2014.
